American EZ Offers
Terms of Use
Last updated October 26, 2026.
Using this site
These terms govern your use of https://americanezoffers.com. American EZ Offers (AEO) is a DBA of LMA Enterprise Solutions LLC. EIN: Pending — Alex has not supplied an EIN. Mailing address: Pending — Alex has not supplied a postal address. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Agreeing to these terms does not sign you up for text messages. Text consent is only the optional checkbox, and only if you check it yourself.
These terms are the rules for this website. They are not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice, and they are not a lawyer's opinion.
Offers are not a promise to buy
American EZ Offers buys houses for cash. A form submission is a request for a conversation and, if the property fits, a written offer. It is not a contract to purchase.
Any purchase happens only after both sides sign a written agreement. Price, closing date, included costs, and property condition are whatever that agreement says. Many accepted sales close in about 7 to 21 days, and title, probate, or a lender payoff can take longer. We do not guarantee a price, a closing date, or that we will make an offer.
We are a cash buyer. We are not your real estate agent, and submitting a form does not create an agency relationship. We do not claim a real estate license on this site.
A signed contract controls cancellation. These website terms do not add or remove a cancellation right that state law gives you and does not let you waive. Have your own advisor read any contract before you sign it.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that the phone number is yours. Do not submit someone else's phone number or a property you have no right to discuss. You confirm you are at least 18.
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy at https://americanezoffers.com/privacy.
Calls
We call only during 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. recipient local time, Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, using the recipient's local time. We identify the caller and American EZ Offers, and we state the purpose of the call. We do not block or falsify caller ID. We do not use recorded solicitations.
Those hours also sit inside the federal telemarketing window of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and inside Georgia's 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. voice-solicitation window. If you ask who called, we give the published toll-free number or the support email.
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry, the Texas no-call list, Georgia's reliance on the national registry, Michigan's adoption of that registry, and our own do-not-call list. Tell us not to call and we will stop marketing calls to that number.
The one phone number published on this site is the toll-free placeholder named in the Privacy Policy. We will not add a second public number. Texting, once the line is live, uses that same toll-free number and goes through toll-free verification rather than a separate local 10DLC number.
Text messages
Text messages are optional and are governed by the SMS Terms at https://americanezoffers.com/sms-terms. The program name is American EZ Offers Alerts. The consent names American EZ Offers only. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply (msg & data rates may apply). Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a cash offer.
We do not share or sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Commercial marketing email will identify American EZ Offers in the From line, use a subject line that matches the body, say that it is an advertisement, include our current physical postal address, and include an opt-out that we honor within 10 business days. We will not send that marketing email while the postal address is still unpublished. Relationship email about a request you submitted will still identify us and will not use a misleading subject. If a vendor sends the email or the texts, we are still responsible for what it sends.
Michigan, Georgia, and Texas
If you live in one of those states, the consumer-protection rules below sit on top of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the CAN-SPAM Act. A Michigan governing-law clause does not take those rights away.
Michigan has adopted the National Do Not Call Registry. Michigan also bars unsolicited commercial calls between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m., and its Home Solicitation Sales Act bars recorded-message telephone solicitations and requires a solicitor who is selling goods or services to be clear about price and terms before payment. Our calls identify American EZ Offers. We do not use recorded solicitations. A cash purchase of real estate is documented in a written contract. That contract, not this website, is where price and cancellation terms belong.
Georgia's no-call statute, O.C.G.A. § 46-5-27, covers voice solicitations and uses the national registry. We do not place those solicitations to registered Georgia numbers unless a statutory permission applies, and a later request not to call ends that permission. Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act also bars deceptive practices. We will not misstate who is calling or what an offer requires.
Texas Business & Commerce Code § 301.051 limits consumer telephone solicitations to after 9 a.m. and before 9 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday, and after noon and before 9 p.m. on Sunday, with identifications at the start of the call. Our published hours are inside that window. Texas Chapter 304 is the state no-call list. We do not block caller ID, which Chapter 304 also forbids.
Texas Chapter 302 requires many sellers to register before telephone solicitations, with a filing fee and a security deposit, unless an exemption applies and the seller can prove it. The Texas Secretary of State has said that text messages the consumer already agreed to receive do not require that registration. This website's texts are sent only with that checkbox consent. This site does not claim a Chapter 302 registration. We do not run a cold-calling campaign from this website. Any later voice campaign into or out of Texas has to be checked against Chapter 302 before the first call. Consent-based texts are not a substitute for that check.
Senate Bill 351, a proposed Michigan telephone solicitation act, passed the Michigan Senate on January 29, 2026, and was referred to a House committee. It is not law. We do not treat it as a statute. If it becomes law, these pages need another pass.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse a request that looks fraudulent or incomplete.
Liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, American EZ Offers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from a decision to accept or decline an offer. This limit does not waive a right that Michigan, Georgia, Texas, or federal law says cannot be waived.
Except for those non-waivable rights, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version you accepted is the one dated on the page at the time you submitted the form. This version is dated October 26, 2026. Questions: sendmedeals99@gmail.com. The toll-free placeholder is (888) 555-0199.
