American EZ Offers
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026.
Who we are
American EZ Offers (AEO) is a DBA of LMA Enterprise Solutions LLC. This policy covers https://americanezoffers.com, the forms on it, and the calls, emails, and text messages described here.
EIN: Pending — Alex has not supplied an EIN. Mailing address: Pending — Alex has not supplied a postal address. Those two lines stay marked pending until Alex replaces them in the brand config. Commercial marketing email stays off until the mailing address is a real street address, Post Office box, or commercial mail receiving agency box that can be printed in each message.
Email sendmedeals99@gmail.com. The one toll-free number on this site is (888) 555-0199. One toll-free number for the whole site. (888) 555-0199 is a placeholder and is not in service until a real toll-free line replaces it.
This policy describes what this website does. It is not a lawyer's opinion.
Information we collect
When you request a cash offer, join the cash buyers list, or send a message, you give us your name, phone number, email address, and, depending on the form, a property address, city, state, situation, and message.
With every submission we store the IP address, the browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the time, whether the optional SMS box was checked, and the exact SMS disclosure that was on the form. If the box is checked and that disclosure does not match the current text, we reject the submission and do not save it.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a bank account, a photo of your ID, precise GPS location, biometrics, or information about children.
How we use information
- To answer the request you submitted, including a call or email about that request.
- To prepare a cash offer if the property fits what we buy.
- To run the cash buyers list for people who joined it.
- To send text messages only if you checked the optional SMS box.
- To keep a record of that choice.
- To stop contacting people who opt out or ask us not to call.
- To block spam and abuse.
Calls
Submitting a form is a request that a person at American EZ Offers contact you about that request. It is not consent for marketing texts, and it is not consent for a prerecorded or artificial voice.
We place calls only during these hours, in the recipient's local time: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. recipient local time, Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. We do not call earlier to get a head start on the day.
On a call we give our name, say we are calling for American EZ Offers, and say why we are calling. We do not block caller ID or send a false number.
We do not make telephone solicitations with a recorded message. We do not use an automatic telephone dialing system to place marketing calls unless we have a separate written consent for that calling program. This website does not collect that calling consent.
Before a marketing call or a marketing text we check the National Do Not Call Registry. The FCC's do-not-call rule for texts was not part of the vacated one-to-one consent amendment, and we follow it. Michigan uses that registry as its do-not-call list. Georgia's no-call list is the same national registry and is a voice rule; we still scrub it before marketing texts. Texas keeps its own no-call list, and that list includes the Texas numbers from the national registry. We also keep our own do-not-call list. If you tell us not to call or not to text, we stop marketing to that number even if you are not on a government list.
A request you submit is permission to talk with you about that request. It is not permission to ignore a later do-not-call request, and it is not permission for any other company to call you.
Text messages and mobile information
We do not share or sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell leads. We do not give your phone number or your text consent to other home buyers, lead buyers, or affiliates so they can market to you.
A texting platform may send messages for American EZ Offers, under contract, and only for this program. The platform may not use your mobile information to market its own products or anyone else's. The same limit applies to our email host and our website host.
The program name is American EZ Offers Alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply (msg & data rates may apply). Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. The full rules are at https://americanezoffers.com/sms-terms.
If we email you about the request you just sent, the message is about that request. The From line identifies American EZ Offers, and the subject line matches the message.
We will not send commercial marketing email until each of those messages includes three things: a clear statement that it is an advertisement, a working way to opt out, and our current physical postal address. That address is not on this website yet, so marketing email stays off until it can be printed in the message. A street address, a Post Office box registered with the U.S. Postal Service, or a commercial mail receiving agency box qualifies. We will not invent one.
An opt-out can be a reply that says unsubscribe or a link in the message. You will not be charged, and you will not have to give us anything beyond your email address. The opt-out will work for at least 30 days after we send the message. We will honor it within 10 business days. After that, we will not sell or transfer that email address, except to a company we hire to carry out the opt-out.
You can also opt out of marketing email by writing to sendmedeals99@gmail.com.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and consent records for at least four years, which is the federal limit for a Telephone Consumer Protection Act claim, and longer if we still need them for a dispute, a tax record, or a request you asked us to finish. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. We keep the record of an opt-out so we do not text or call you again by mistake.
Your choices
- Leave the SMS box unchecked. You can still request an offer.
- Reply STOP to end texts. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT mean the same thing.
- Reply HELP for help. Until the toll-free line is in service, email is the help channel.
- Email sendmedeals99@gmail.com to ask what we have, to correct it, to delete it, or to be placed on our do-not-call list.
- We will not make you open a new account to make that request, and we will not treat you worse for asking.
Texas privacy
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives many of its duties only to businesses that are larger than a federal small business. A small business still may not sell sensitive personal data without consent. Sensitive data includes precise geolocation, a known child's data, and certain health, biometric, and citizenship information. We do not sell personal data. We do not sell sensitive data. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising or for profiling that decides housing, credit, insurance, or similar outcomes.
If the Act applies to us, you can email us to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, or that kind of profiling. We do not do those three things today. Publicly available information and information you ask us to use to answer your offer request are handled as described above.
Children
This site is for adults who are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
