The messages are automated marketing and informational texts about the request you submitted on this website: a cash offer you asked for, a message you sent, or the cash buyers list you joined. We do not text you about other companies' products.

(888) 555-0199 is a placeholder and is not in service until a real toll-free line replaces it. When that line is connected, texts come from it. One seller, and only this request

The consent names American EZ Offers and nobody else. We do not buy text-message lists, and we do not treat a consent you gave to another website as consent for us. We do not pass your consent to other home buyers or lead buyers.

The Federal Communications Commission's 2023 one-to-one consent amendment was vacated by the Eleventh Circuit on January 24, 2025, and the Commission removed that language from its rule, effective August 29, 2025. The older written-consent rule for autodialed telemarketing messages remains our standard on this form. We still limit each consent to this one named business, and to the request you are submitting, because that is what the checkbox says and because a shared opt-in is not how this site works.

Checking the box and submitting the form is your electronic signature. The mobile number you typed is the number you authorize. You do not have to sign, and you do not have to check the box, to receive a cash offer or to buy or sell anything.

The only way to opt in

The only opt-in on this website is the web form. There is no keyword opt-in, no paper form, and no verbal opt-in script.

You type your own mobile number. The number is required so we can answer the request you started. Under the number, the form says that marketing texts are a separate checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked when the page loads. It is not required. Nothing checks it for you. Submitting the form with the box unchecked is not consent to texts.

The words beside the checkbox are the disclosure quoted at the bottom of this page. We store, for every saved submission, whether the box was checked, that exact disclosure, the time, the IP address, and the browser user agent. If the box is checked and the disclosure does not match this page, we reject the submission and store nothing.

You must be at least 18, and the number must be your mobile number. The program is for U.S. numbers.

Frequency, rates, hours, and opting out

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The short form in our texts is: Msg & data rates may apply. The first text after you opt in is a confirmation that repeats the program name, the frequency, the rates, STOP, and HELP.

We send marketing texts only during 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. recipient local time, Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, in the recipient's local time.

Reply STOP to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also opt you out. We treat an opt-out as applying to this program from this business. After STOP, the only further text is one confirmation that you will receive no more messages. HELP does not opt you out.

Reply HELP for help. Until the toll-free line is in service, help is email to sendmedeals99@gmail.com. Opting out of texts does not cancel a signed purchase contract.

Every marketing text starts with American EZ Offers, states that message and data rates may apply, and tells you to reply STOP to opt out. HELP is available by replying HELP. These are the templates. Bracketed words are filled in from your request. The HELP text gains the live toll-free number only after that number replaces the placeholder.

Mobile numbers and consent

Mobile information isn't shared with third parties for marketing. We do not share or sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

A vendor may send texts for us, only on our behalf and only under contract. That vendor may not use your mobile information to market its own products or to build a list for anyone else.
